Lensco Studio Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Lensco Studio for your photography and videography needs. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking our services.

1. Advance Payment

  • To confirm a booking, clients must pay a non-refundable advance of 20% of the total package value.
  • This advance secures your booking date and covers initial preparation costs.

2. Cancellations

  • Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • If a cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event, clients may reschedule their booking (subject to availability) without losing the advance payment.
  • If a cancellation is made within 2 days of the event, additional charges may apply, and rescheduling may not be possible.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule once without any extra charges if informed at least 7 days prior.
  • Rescheduling within 2 days of the event will incur a rescheduling fee (to be communicated during the booking process).

4. No-Show Policy

  • If the client fails to show up or cancels on the day of the event, no refund will be provided and the booking will be considered void.

5. Service Issues

  • In the rare event that Lensco Studio fails to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, illness, natural disasters, etc.), a full refund of the amount paid (excluding completed work) will be issued OR the client may opt for rescheduling. Once refund is approved it will credited on your original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Digital Products / Deliverables

  • Once final edited photos or videos have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • If there are concerns about the quality of delivered work, Lensco Studio will make reasonable revisions as per the agreed scope of work.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR.
